Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • To make sure your engraved order is perfect. Engraved orders may require additional processing time please allow an extra 2–3 working days.

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

  • We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

  • Free Shipping over £70 / €80.

We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Free Shipping over £70 / €80.

  • Ireland: An Post ( 1-4 working days ): €5.95

  • Ireland: DPD Next Day Delivery: €7.95

  • UK: Royal Mail 48 (£4.95) & 24 (£7.95) available. 

  • International Orders: An Post ( Please allow 5 - 10 working days depending on your region ): €14.00

  • USA: Tracked Express Post : $28.00 (5-7 working days, Duties & customs included)

  • UAE: UPS Tracked ( 2 - 5 working days ): 150 AED

 

Express Delivery Options

We offer next working day delivery to Ireland and the UK on selected services.

Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify.

  • Ireland – DPD 24 (Next Working Day, order before 1pm): €7.95

  • UK – Royal Mail 24 (Next Working Day, order before 1pm): £7.95


USA orders: All duties and taxes are included in your shipping fee, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Ireland, Europe and UK Orders: No customs fees apply.


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.
