RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds we will issue you a credit note or an exchange.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@croiajewellery.ie  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the returns address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: 

  • We do not offer paid return labels, but we hope this is something that we will be able to accommodate in the near future.

  • All items should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.

  • Delivery and postage costs are not included in your credit note/ gift card.

  •  All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot process a return for any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit. 

Faulty Items: If you have received any jewellery pieces which are faulty please do contact us immediately so we can rectify this issue and provide a solution for you. Please note some jewellery pieces are delicate and need to be handled with care, any damage incurred by the customer from 'mis-use by the buyer' cannot be returned or refunded as a faulty item. Please follow care instructions to prolong longevity of your jewellery pieces. We cannot process any faulty returns without them being sent back to us for further investigation. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. earrings for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
