Returns


We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused. 

All returns are managed through our returns portal. To start a return, please visit our returns page and enter your order number and email address linked to the order.

Please note: 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on your location, you may be offered a prepaid return label (with the cost deducted from your refund), or you may be required to arrange return shipping yourself.

  • Original delivery and postage charges are non-refundable and are not included in gift card refunds

  • All items should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.

  • All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are safely received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and secure delivery service, as we cannot process returns for items that are lost or damaged in transit.


Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances (unless deemed faulty), e.g. earrings as per hygiene regulations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Returns Policy for Products Purchased from a Retailer: If you bought something from one of our stockists and something goes wrong, please contact their customer support team directly so they can fix it in line with their own refund and return policy. Your contract of sale is with the third-party retailer when you buy any item from them, so CROÍA Jewellery is unable to issue a refund or exchange any products you have purchased.


Refund processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 working days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
