Returns Information - CROÍA Jewellery
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds we will issue you a credit note or an exchange.

We do not offer paid return labels, but we hope this is something that we will be able to accommodate in the near future.

All items should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.

Delivery and postage costs are not included in your credit note/ gift card.

All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot process a return for any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. earrings for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns Policy for Products Purchased from a Retailer: If you bought something from one of our stockists and something goes wrong, please go back to where you bought it or contact their customer support team directly so they can fix it in line with their own refund and return policy. Your contract of sale is with the third-party retailer when you buy any item from them, so CROIA Jewellery is unable to issue a refund or exchange any products you have purchased.
